Other exciting dining concepts include the swanky Irish concept TVM, Lebanese-Armenian favourite, Almayass and Grand Beirut.

Abu Dhabi, 08 August 2021: The Galleria Al Maryah Island, the premier lifestyle and shopping destination in Abu Dhabi, is set to reinforce its status as the capital’s much-loved dining hub with a host of exciting new dining concepts set to open over the next year.

Din Tai Fung, a world-renowned Taiwanese restaurant will be an Abu Dhabi first when it opens in early 2022, and it is expected to attract diners across the emirate. This award-winning restaurant has become the international standard for soup dumpling, or xiao long bao, meaning ‘little basket bun’. With every dumpling masterfully rolled out, filled and meticulously folded with exactly 18 folds, food lovers alike will be lining up at Din Tai Fung to try the world’s ‘most loved dumpling’.

Making its international debut, residents will be able to ‘drink differently’ at TVM, an innovative alcohol-free Irish bar. Popular in Dublin where it originated, TVM’s newest outlet at The Galleria will mark the brand’s first foray outside of Ireland. With a must try alcohol-free cocktail menu, and unique food and drink pairings, TVM is an exclusive drinking and dining experience appealing to those who crave a refined drink that will enhance their wellbeing, all in the most inviting of settings.

Residents can also look forward to several new regional dining outlets including Almayass, an acclaimed Lebanese-Armenian restaurant presenting generations-old traditional cuisine. Established over 25 years ago, spanning the Levant region and as far as New York City, Almayass is continuously rated at the top of its category by Tripadvisor in Abu Dhabi for the past nine years. In addition, families can soon dine at Grand Beirut, offering authentic Lebanese specialties that will transport them to the heart of the Levant. For those that appreciate a side of art with their dining experience, Grand Beirut is an Instagram worthy, aesthetically attractive venue inspired by the vibrant culture, and flora of the worlds charm exuding capital - Lebanon.
Commenting on The Galleria’s evolving dining offer, David Robinson, General Manger, The Galleria Al Maryah Island, said, “With over 100 international dining options from award-winning fine dining to family restaurants, quick bites and cafés, The Galleria is the capital’s number one dining destination. We’re delighted to bring globally renowned brands such as Din Tai Fung, Almayass, TVM and Grand Beirut exclusively to our guests, and we remain committed to bringing unique and memorable experiences to the wider Abu Dhabi community.”

The Galleria Al Maryah Island has long been a popular dining hub for the Abu Dhabi community, offering a wide range of dining experiences from award-winning fine-dining such as Zuma, LPM Restaurant & Bar, and Nusr-Et, to family favourites including The Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang’s, Paul Café and Magnolia Bakery. Those looking for a quick bite can choose from international options such as Raising Cane’s, Karam Beirut Street Kitchen and Bombay Canteen, or enjoy a specialty coffee from Shot or Maison Samira Maatouk.

With exclusive brands, fine and casual dining options, and world-class entertainment for all ages, The Galleria is the ultimate destination for residents and visitors to the capital, all year round.
